Santa’s Grotto and Carol Singing Evening - Thursday, 21 December

Invite the children/grandchildren/nieces and nephews up to see Santa and then enjoy a further evening of festivies. Food is available for the lilitle’ns and plenty of minced pies and muled wine for the grown-ups.
Every year this is a great night at the club and the atmosphere is amazing, so please head to the entrance hall and sign-up the kids while spaces are available.

New Year’s Eve Celebrations – Sunday, 31 December

We’ve just put this year’s New Year’s Eve Party poster and sign-up sheet up in the entrance hall. We have a lovely three course menu created by Chef Bev and Jo Alexander is the live act to dance in the New Year! This is a black tie affair and is just £50 per head. So gather your friends and family and get your names down quick as it's filling up fast. If you can’t get to the club, email me your table numbers and I’ll add you to the list.

You’ve made it abundantly clear…

Each month we run a new poll on our website to get you thinking about your golf game and the hottest topics in golf.

Given the time of year, our latest poll asked you to consider your main golfing goal for 2018 from a choice of four answers. We thought the responses would be fairly similar and for three of the answers it was, but ‘lowering your handicap’ was the standout goal with 69% of you choosing this as your biggest aim for 2018.

If you were one of the aforementioned voters, winter is the best time to work on your game - whether that's lessons, a custom fitting or a gapping session - so that you have plenty of time to groove in any changes before the season gets underway next spring. Read our article below to learn more.
